Read and acknowledge the Ascend FX Terms, Conditions, and Risk Disclosure:

Terms and Conditions

Ascend FX LLC is an introducing broker who researches, interviews, tests, and contracts with experienced Forex traders who, in the opinion of Ascend FX, have demonstrated success in trading currency pairs in the foreign exchanges.

If you wish to utilize and become a client of Ascend FX services, Ascend FX will assist you in establishing a forex trading account with the designated Forex brokerage company for which Ascend FX is an introducing broker. After the establishment and funding of your forex brokerage account, Ascend FX will provide the necessary paperwork and assist you in granting the authority to our recommended professional trader to place trades for your applicable account.

The designated brokerage company charges a commission for executing trades in your account. You will pay the standard commission rates posted on their website; Ascend FX as an introducing firm for said broker receives a trading-volume based referral fee for its services.

At no time will Ascend FX, nor the authorized Trader, have the ability to withdraw funds from your account. After the close of every month, if new net profits are produced in your account a Performance Fee of 25% of the new net profits will be deducted by your Forex brokerage company and paid directly to the authorized Trader.  "Net New Profits" means you only pay the performance fee on new highs once.  For example, if your account goes from $10,000 to $12,000 the performance fee is $500.   If your account goes from $12,000 to $10,000 and back to $12,000 you do not pay another $500.  The profits have to be new to your account.

Ascend FX LLC makes no representation that your account will necessarily produce a profit.

You have the right and ability to withdraw funds from your account and to cancel the ability of the authorized Trader to trade your account without penalty or fees.

While there is no account size maximum at this time, Ascend FX reserves the right to limit the size of your account to an amount not less than $200,000. If the earnings in your account pushes its balance above the threshold, Ascend FX may require you once per month to withdraw an amount that would bring your account balance below the threshold. This could occur if the total sum of all Ascend FX client accounts becomes so large that it negatively impacts profitability.

Ascend FX reserves the right to change its offerings, account minimums, performance fees (with 30 days notice to existing clients), or discontinue accepting new accounts, .

Ascend FX will not be held liable for events outside the control of Ascend FX that affect the account status of its clients, such as: acts of God, acts of governments, incapacitation of its contracted Trader, and/or such acts not mentioned, herein.

Risk Disclosure

This brief statement of risk cannot cover all risks involved in the purchase or sale of spot foreign currencies. Because of the unpredictable nature of the prices of currencies, the purchase or sale of currencies involves a high degree of risk that is not suitable for all members of the public. You should only enter into a Managed Account Agreement for the purchase and sale of currencies if you are fully aware of the potential for loss and understand the nature and extent of your rights and obligations. As in any area of investing, the chances for success in currencies are influenced not only by the risks involved in such trading, but also by how well the risks are understood. Individuals considering opening a managed currency account for buying or selling currencies are urged to obtain additional information and to ask specific questions (and obtain specific answers) concerning the risks as well as the opportunities in currency trading and to take professional advice.

The AscendFX.com website contains information about the past trading results, either hypothetical or actual, of independent traders and this information may have been provided to Ascend FX LLC by the traders themselves. Such information is true and accurate to the best knowledge of Ascend FX LLC, but Ascend FX LLC makes no guarantees and does not warrant the accuracy of this information. In all cases, past performance is not indicative of future results, as returns may vary according to market conditions. Trading in foreign exchange is speculative and may involve the loss of principal; therefore, funds placed under management should be risk capital funds that if lost will not significantly affect one's personal financial well being. This is not a solicitation to invest and you should carefully consider your financial situation as to the suitability to your situation prior to making any investment or entering into any transaction.

No representation is being made that the Senior Trader who will trade your account will necessarily produce a profit. Investors may incur a series of consecutive losses and substantial equity-draw-downs that can deplete their funds before the occurrence of any meaningful profit accumulation.

There is significant risk of loss in trading foreign exchange spot currencies. In considering whether to open an account, you should be aware of the following: If the assigned Senior Trader electronically facilitates and places contingent orders, such as a "stop-loss" or "stop-limit" order, they will not necessarily limit your losses to the intended amount, since market conditions may make it difficult to execute such orders at the exact stop price.

The high degree of leverage that is often obtainable in spot trading because of the small margin requirements can work against you as well as for you. The use of leverage can lead to large losses as well as large gains.

A FOREX account with an independent regulated firm is not a deposit in a bank and is not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or any other government agency.
